Comment: | The helicopter numbers are a nice addition to the site. I have two ships that went down April 1,1969 and April 7,1969...that I am looking for information....neither which are mentioned. Is that because they went down in Laos? I would like to get the numbers of both of those helicoters if anyone knows how to do so. Thanks! Comment: | I was in Pleiku and moved to Kontum when the 57th moved out in 1970. Charlie didn't know you had gone and sent a dud mortar for you. We dug it out of the flight line and it had your address on it. Welcome Home to all and God Bless You!

Comment: | I really like this site. Very well done. Assigned to 57th from about April '72 to Aug '72 when I was reassigned to 17th CAG. Was one of the last five or so left when we turned the camp over to the ARVN tank battalion down the road. There is a picture of me with MAJ Thomas, CPT Anderson and MAJ Pollard near the end of the memorial page on the Camp Holloway web site.
